IT Park Indjija, is the first business park in the Balkans constructed in accordance with the LEED requirements.

We carried out on behalf of Emabssy Techzone (Propriety) the following activities:

• LEED Process Administrator
• LEED Consultant (for all designers and companies) both in the design and construction stage
• Training and education of all parties regarding the LEED requirements in the design and construction phase
• Supervision and verification of compliance with the LEED requirements for the entire project
• Execution of Energy Modelling
• Implementation of sustainability strategies in the project
• Execution of Commissioning (CxA) and examination of the correct operation of the systems
