Skyline Belgrade Project will have a total of 64,000 square meters of housing and office space with a 28 floors office tower and two residential towers of 16-17 floors and 22 floors.
Our Role:

• LEED Process Administrator
• LEED Consultant (for all designers and companies) both in the design and construction stage
• Training and education of all parties regarding the LEED requirements in the design and construction phase
• Supervision and verification of compliance with the LEED requirements during the entire projectWe carried out supervision and verification of compliance with the LEED requirements in the entire project and executed Energy Modelling and simulations of natural light.
