Lustica Bay residential Complex is the first LEED for Homes pilot project in Europe authorized directly by the USGBC.

We carried out on behalf of the client functions of LEED Process Administrator and LEED Consultant (also on behalf of all designers and companies) both in the design and construction stage, supporting at the same time the activities of the Green Rater.
