LEED GOLD Certified Building 

A new office building located in New Belgrade, the Navigator Business Center, with its 18.000 sqm, is in the final stage of LEED certification.

We carried out, on behalf of MPC Properties (Propriety), the following activities:

• LEED Process Administrator
• LEED Consultant (for all designers and companies) both in the design and construction stage
• Supervision and verification of compliance with the LEED requirements for the entire project
• Execution of Energy Modelling
• Implementation of sustainability strategies in the project
• Execution of Commissioning (CxA) and examination of the correct operation of the systems
