LEED GOLD Certified Building 

Energo was chosen by Adris Group, owner of the first LEED-certified building in Croatia, to monitor and verify the whole process of certification of the new Adris HQ in Zagreb contributing significantly as a LEED Consultant to the Final Customer, Energy Modeller e Commissioning Authority to obtain the Gold Level.

The following activities were carried out:

• Review and control of all documentation to be submitted to GBCI
• Commissioning & Enhanced Commissioning
• Energy Modelling
• Measurement & Testing Plans
• Development of the documentation related to the Credits for Increased Ventilation, Thermal Comfort design and of the entire HVAC in general
