The logistics warehouse Vailog DC14 is located at Bologna Interporto and is a building of approximately 20,000 sqm divided into three units with adjacent offices, realized by Vailog in a speculative perspective and entrusted to GSE.

The project was developed in a BIM environment both during the construction and project management phases and is characterized by a high focus on energy efficiency: in addition to the BREEAM Very Good certification, the building also obtained the Carbon Neutral certification, one of the first certifications in Italy in the logistics field.
