MODALITIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
In this section we describe how to process the personal data that the user decides to provide through the sending of the following forms:
– contact form
– course registration form
present on the site www.energogroup.com, site owned by Energo Green Consultant
This information is provided to users about the rules laid down in EU Regulation 2016/679 and particular Articles 12-23 of the same Regulation.
Data Controller

Data collected through the contact form
By filling out the form the user:
- communicates his name and surname
- communicates the email address at which he wants to be contacted;
- write a message to be sent to info@energogroup.com
Data collected with the course registration form
Filling out the form the user communicates:
- First name
- Last Name
- Tax code
- Address
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Professional Order of belonging and relative registration number
In the case of a legal person
- Company name/surname name
- VAT number and tax code
- Registered office/address
- Telephone, fax, e-mail
- Pec
- SDI code (for electronic invoicing in Italy)
Treatment purposes
For the contact form
The name, the email address provided by the user when filling out the contact form, and the information entered by the user in the body of the message is used to respond to the request of the user and will also be used for marketing purposes (sending newsletters)
For the course registration form
All data provided by the user when filling out the registration form will be used for the provision of the course requested by the user and to fulfill all obligations related to billing and will also be used for marketing purposes (sending newsletters)
Recipients of personal data
The personal data collected by Energo Green Consultant, through www.energogroup.com may be processed by individuals involved in the organization of the site (such as administrative staff, sales, marketing, legal, system administrators) or by external personnel (such as third party technical service providers see by way of example but not limited to the manager of electronic invoicing, hosting provider, see by way of example but not limited to the platform for MailUp Newsletter, etc.) from time to time appointed, if necessary, Data Processors under Art. 4 n.8 GDPR which defines as “data controller” the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the data controller).
In any case, each user may always request from the data controller the updated list of data processors in the manner described in the section on user rights (i.e. by sending an email communication to franchi@energogroup.com).
With the exception of the aforementioned hypotheses, the user’s data will not be communicated to third parties unless the user has given his express consent to the communication;
the communication is necessary to provide the service or product requested by the user;
communication is necessary for relation to third parties who collaborate with Energo Green Consultant to provide the service or product requested by the user. (in this case, will be communicated only the data indispensable for the provision of the service or the supply of the product and it is forbidden to use the same data for different purposes).

Period of conservation
The information given by the user with the compilation of the forms will be treated and stored until the request for cancellation by the user.
Right of access
The data subject has the right to ask the Data Controller whether or not personal data concerning him/her are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to the same and the following information:
- The purposes of the processing;
- the categories of data in question
- the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, in particular, if they are recipients in third countries or international organizations
- where possible, the expected period of retention of the personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period
- the existence of the right of the data subject to request from the data controller the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her or to object to their processing
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
- if the data are not collected from the data subject, all available information on their origin;
- the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4), and, at least in such cases, meaningful information about the logic used, as well as the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the data subject.
If personal data is transferred to a third country or an international organization, the data subject has the right to be informed of the existence of appropriate safeguards under Article 46 relating to the transfer.
Energo Green Consultant specifies that:
It does not disclose users’ data to international organizations or third countries;
It does not sell users’ data
The interested party has at any time the possibility to request the rectification or cancellation of their data in the manner indicated in the relevant section (i.e. by sending an email to franchi@energogroup.com).
Personal data is not collected with completely automated processes, but the consent of the user who enters their data in the forms provided on the site is always required.
Right to cancellation and right of rectification
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller
the rectification of data, if incorrect
the cancellation of their data.
To exercise this right you can send a written request to franchi@energogroup.com.
The data controller will provide, without delay, in full compliance with art. 17 of the European Regulation to the cancellation request.
Right to limitation of processing
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the limitation of the processing in the following cases
the interested party disputes the accuracy of their data: for the time necessary for the data controller to verify the accuracy;
unlawful processing: the data subject opposes the erasure of his/her data and requests that its use be restricted;
the person concerned objects to the processing following art. 21 paragraph 1 pending verification of whether the legitimate reasons of the data controller prevail over those of the person concerned.
Energo Green Consultant specifies that:
The processing of personal data is carried out only after the release of the user’s consent, solely for the purposes made explicit from time to time at the time of collection of personal data. Should the interested party wish to exercise the right to limit the processing, he may send a written request to franchi@energogroup.com .
Right to lodge a complaint
The interested party has the right to complain with the Control Authority.

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA REGULATION (EU) 2016/679
The undersigned declares to have received the information referred to in art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, in particular about the rights recognized by the EU Regulation 2016/679 and to consent, under art. 7 et seq. of the Regulation, to the processing of personal data, including special data, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in the information itself, however closely related and instrumental to the management of the purposes referred to in point 2 of the information.
Revocation of consent to treatment Please note that according to art. 7 of the Regulation, it is recognized the right to revoke in writing the consent to the processing of personal data by express request to be sent by mail to the email address franchi@energogroup.com
