LEED Existing Building and Operation Maintenance, the first EBOM in the Balkans and without a doubt one of the few LEED EBOM certified shopping centres in Europe for which we carried out:

• Training and education of all parties regarding the LEED requirements in the design and construction phase
• Supervision and verification of compliance with the LEED requirements during the entire project
• Implementation of Energy Audit
• Management of certification procedures
